Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to more than 40 countries, including the USA and South America, with tracking and insurance.
Who installs the lock?
Most locks take under an hour to fit with the included guide. We offer on-site installation for offices, hospitals and property portfolios.
What if power or internet goes out?
Every lock keeps working offline, with a battery backup port and a mechanical key.
What does the warranty cover?
Flagship items have 10 years of cover. All other products have 5 years, including parts.
